What is the real-world lead time from Changsha to South Africa in winter?

Mechanically, this is where the anxiety in this hobby is most disproportionate to the actual risk.

Summer lanes are worse than winter lanes for the pack and no different for the solid, which is why the seasonal anxiety is largely misdirected.

Anything shipped in solution is a genuinely different risk, because hydrolysis and deamidation proceed in the aqueous phase and are strongly temperature-dependent.

Judge the lane by tracking continuity rather than by days elapsed.

A liquefied pack on arrival is expected. It is not evidence of a problem.
