Asked about a difference between two certificate revisions for the same lot, the supplier explained it — a re-test following a method change — rather than deflecting or reissuing a tidier document. That is a small event that carries a lot of information. Zhuhai to the United Kingdom has run at around nine days with real tracking. One member reported visibly different cake heights across a five-vial order, which was unnerving until the content assay came back consistent across them.

A single phase-change pack in a thin-walled box holds below ten degrees for something on the order of one to two days in a twenty-five-degree ambient, and considerably less at thirty-five.
